Blue glass, sunlight and freesias.


The sun came out as I started washing dishes, so the morning boded well.

Oh. So, so lovely. I can smell the freesia - memory is sweeping over me from a small bunch sitting on the table somewhere, sometime in my early childhood. Thank you for this beautiful photo to start the day.

The wonderful scent of freesias...trouble is those cultivated in UK only have smell when bought and rapidly lose it.
I count it a memorable experience when I first saw/smelt them, wild like bluebells, in an Australian spring.
